The only time is NOW, the only place is HERE, the only truth is at the present moment. Life is a journey… Everyone takes his own journey. And every journey you take, you need to enjoy the journey, don’t look for the destination. If you keep looking for the destination, you forget to enjoy the here and now during this journey.

If you want to be happy you have to be happy first. There is nothing that you cannot have. There is nothing that you cannot do. There is nothing that you cannot be. You have the ability to attract. What you think, it will manifest. If every cell in your body is happy, then the whole Universe will be happy. You cannot change others. You can only change yourself. Talk to your soul. Be happy with yourself. Care for yourself. Mind your own business and happiness will come to you.

The first step in the spiritual journey is mediation. If you do not make the first step, the journey of 1000 miles will never begin. Your spiritual cultivation is an emergency. Do not leave it for tomorrow.

Meditation for us is to learn not to lose so much energy via our thoughts. Meditation teaches us to return back to our true source, to return back to our true self.

Physical activity improves physical wellness and boosts mental wellness. Regular physical activity can relieve tension, anxiety, depression and anger. The breath is the bridge to connect your body, your mind and your soul. If you breathe in awareness, your body will be healthier, your mind peaceful and your consciousness will upgrade to a higher frequency.  The breath is the bridge to connect your small universe with the Big Universe.
