Some examples: be aware of yourself and your actions; live with gratitude and compassion; more listening than talking; avoid criticism; more slow deep breathing; more smiling and appreciation.
If you keep living in the future, if you keep living in the past, you will miss this nowness, now and here. You cannot change the past, but you can use this nowness, to make the ingredients for what you want to make of the future.
