It is about waking up, connecting with ourselves, and appreciating the fullness of each moment of life. It is “the art of conscious living”. Some examples: be aware of yourself and your actions; live with gratitude and compassion; more listening than talking; avoid criticism; more slow deep breathing; more smiling and appreciation.
Because time is very relative, it is good if you live NOW and HERE. The only time is NOW, the only place is HERE, the only truth is at the present moment.
