Some examples: be aware of yourself and your actions; live with gratitude and compassion; more listening than talking; avoid criticism; more slow deep breathing; more smiling and appreciation.
You have to know that you are not this physical body, you are not your emotions. You are not your desires, you are not your ambitions. You are infinite, you are vast, you are very sacred.
