It involves consciously bringing awareness to your here-and-now experience with openness, interest, and receptiveness. It is “the art of conscious living”.  It is a profound way to enhance psychological and emotional resilience, and increase life satisfaction. Bringing one’s complete attention to the present experience on a moment-to-moment basis.  Paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.

What you think, it will manifest. If every cell in your body is happy, then the whole Universe will be happy. You cannot change others. You can only change yourself. Talk to your soul. Be happy with yourself. Care for yourself. Mind your own business and happiness will come to you.
